These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tq77bet International (hereinafter "tq77bet", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tq77bet website or its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on tq77bet, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar), slot games, RNG (Random Number Generator) games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tq77bet platform and close your account. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. tq77bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, although material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. tq77bet operates as a safe and reliable platform applying internationally recognised fair play standards, SSL encryption protocols, and responsible gaming frameworks. By using the platform, Players accept that any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure described in the Limitation of Liability section of this document.

Use of the tq77bet platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. All accounts must be registered and used solely by the named account holder.

• You must not have previously had a tq77bet account closed, suspended, or permanently excluded at your own request or as a result of a terms violation.

Geographic Restrictions

tq77bet is designed primarily for players based in Bangladesh. The platform accepts registrations from eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted territories. tq77bet reserves the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, or decline transactions from specific geographic locations at its sole discretion, including in response to changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of tq77bet complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. tq77bet does not represent or warrant that accessing the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's access to the platform in a restricted territory.

To access the betting and casino services on tq77bet, players must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The registration form requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Registration Requirements

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address to which you have sole access.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number associated with a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account (where applicable for payment processing).
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A unique username and a strong password of your choosing. Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on tq77bet at any given time. Opening more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If tq77bet identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, any bonus funds in those accounts will be forfeited, and real-money balances may be withheld pending a full investigation.

Account Verification (KYC)

tq77bet may request identity verification documents at any stage after registration, and will typically require verification prior to approving a player's first withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to:

• National ID Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladesh passport.
• Bangladesh driving licence (with photograph).
• Recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (dated within 90 days).

tq77bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days from the date of request — may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until documentation is received and verified.

tq77bet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh to ensure fast and convenient access to funds for all players.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on tq77bet is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bangladeshi bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the selected payment method and network conditions.

• tq77bet does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits.
• Mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own service charges, which are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.
• Players may not deposit funds that originate from illegal or unverified sources.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, ensuring the flow of funds remains traceable and consistent. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts.

• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers may take between 1 and 3 business hours following approval.
• tq77bet aims to review all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer.
• Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be approved.
• Only real-money funds (i.e., deposits and cleared winnings from real-money play) may be withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

Transaction Limits

tq77bet reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits at the platform level or at the individual account level for fraud prevention, responsible gaming, or regulatory compliance purposes. Players will be notified of any limits applicable to their account.

tq77bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of the individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified tq77bet account in good standing.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• tq77bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are clearly identifiable within the player's account balance overview.
• Real-money funds deposited by a player are used first in gameplay before bonus funds are applied, unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the player must complete the wagering requirement associated with that specific bonus. The wagering requirement will be expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times). The specific multiplier applicable to each offer is disclosed clearly in the offer terms.

• Wagering contributions from different game types may vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). The applicable contribution rates are disclosed per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed before the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Placing bets that cover opposing outcomes (e.g., hedging bets) in an attempt to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

Prohibited Bonus Conduct

tq77bet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-house-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.
• Colluding with other players to jointly claim a single promotional offer.
• Using VPN, proxy, or similar tools to bypass geographic or account-level promotional restrictions.

Where bonus abuse is detected, tq77bet reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and close the player's account permanently.

By using tq77bet, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You will not attempt to access or interfere with any other player's account, data, or gameplay.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or algorithmic systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or fraudulent activity of any kind.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise misappropriate any software, data, or intellectual property belonging to tq77bet.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you bear sole responsibility for your own betting decisions and financial outcomes.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on tq77bet if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• You will not use the platform in any way that could cause reputational, financial, or technical harm to tq77bet or its other players.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, images, and data displayed on the tq77bet platform are the exclusive intellectual property of tq77bet International or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of tq77bet International. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

Responsible Communication

Players interacting with tq77bet's customer support team, community channels, or other platform communication features must do so respectfully and in good faith. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications directed at tq77bet staff or other players will result in immediate account suspension pending review.

tq77bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback abuse, use of stolen payment credentials, or identity fraud.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Request by the player for self-exclusion or permanent account closure under the responsible gaming policy.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their tq77bet account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@tq77bet. Upon receiving a closure request, tq77bet will process any remaining eligible real-money balance to the player's registered payment method after completing any required final verification checks. Bonus funds and incomplete wagering progress will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no bet placed). tq77bet will notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying dormant account administration fees or initiating closure procedures. Any remaining real-money balance in a dormant account will be preserved and returned to the player upon request and successful re-verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tq77bet International, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or inability to access the tq77bet platform at any time for any reason.
• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in the platform's content, odds data, game outcomes, or transaction processing.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain password security.
• Technical failures, server outages, network interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside tq77bet's direct control.
• Decisions made by players based on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, and promotional content.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay on the platform.

Platform Availability

tq77bet makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical updates, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, government-ordered restrictions, or internet infrastructure failures) may result in temporary service interruptions. tq77bet will not be liable for any losses directly or indirectly caused by such interruptions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, transaction, or bonus award, the player must submit a formal complaint to the tq77bet support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. tq77bet will investigate all complaints in good faith and aim to provide a written response within 14 business days. In cases where a game malfunction or technical error has been confirmed, tq77bet's decision regarding the appropriate resolution — including voiding affected bets and returning stakes — will be final and binding.

Changes to the Platform and Terms

tq77bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, market, promotional offer, or aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice. Similarly, these Terms may be updated at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of the platform after an update constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
